Mintayn cards are designed as format-neutral artifacts—anchored on-chain, adaptable across physical and digital use, and future-proof by design. From the very beginning, simplicity and accessibility are not limitations, but deliberate strengths.

  • NFT Ownership (Cardano Blockchain): Every card begins as an NFT, ensuring authenticity, ownership, and permanence.
  • Accessible Play: At launch, matches are conducted via video calls, community platforms, or tabletop meet-ups. Far from a limitation, this approach:
    • Enhances human interaction—duels are personal, not automated.
    • Protects against AI or bot manipulation, ensuring fairness.

  • Consistency: Since cards are chosen, proxies work seamlessly—no risk of shuffling discrepancies.

Physical Layer – Print-on-Demand & Proxies

  • Print-on-Demand: NFT ownership grants the right to order an official physical print, complete with embedded QR-code.
  • Proxies Allowed: Until print services are universal, players are encouraged to create and use their own proxy versions for physical play. The only requirement: ownership of the NFT must be verifiable.
  • QR Verification: All official prints contain a QR code linking to the live database, ensuring up-to-date rulings and stats—no outdated cards, no errata confusion.
