That Monster becomes the attacked Monster, stays on your Bench, and gains +1000 IMP until end of turn. If it is not defeated in that combat, the attacking Monster gets -1000 IMP until end of turn.
Blazeblade Reprisal flashes across the field as a burning command mark, pulling the attack line toward a waiting ally. The chosen defender does not step forward; the strike itself is dragged into their flame. Coreon tamers use the technique when protection alone is not enough and every blocked blow must answer with heat.
