The Mintayn Roadmap outlines the evolution of the project from its conceptual foundations to a full hybrid franchise. Each phase builds on the previous one, ensuring measured growth, sustainable scaling, and community involvement at every step.

Phase I – Foundation (Short-Term: 0–2 Years)

Objective: Establish the base game, community infrastructure, and hybrid play culture.

  • Community Customization Tools: first rollout of AI-assisted card generators.
  • First Hybrid Championships streamed globally, combining physical and digital play.
  • Transmedia Launch: Graphic novels, webtoons, and animated shorts expand the lore.

Phase III – Evolution (Long-Term: 5+ Years)

Objective: Transform Mintayn into a multi-platform franchise and living ecosystem.

  • AR Exploration Game: Pokémon Go–style mobile app where players discover and capture Metamonsters in real-world locations.
  • MMORPG: Persistent online world to explore Mintayn’s Spheres, duel in real time, and hunt for rare Monsters.
  • Gacha-Style Companion App: Casual collecting & evolution gameplay, integrated with the TCG ecosystem.
  • VR Arenas: Fully immersive dueling experiences in both casual and competitive contexts.
  • Franchise Growth: Esports leagues, festivals, concerts, cosplay events, and cultural collaborations.
  • Community Co-Creation: Official adoption of new formats, Classes, and Archetypes proposed by players.
